We spent a three days at hotel and we were satisfied with it. The room we received was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. We really liked that we had a kettle in the room, which allowed us to make tea or coffee whenever we wanted. The check-in process was very smooth and without any problems, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Throughout our entire stay, we felt taken care of and we could always turn to the staff with any questions or requests. In summary, our stay at hotel was okay, and we were satisfied with the quality of services and hospitality we received. Although the hotel did not stand out in any particular way, it is definitely a good choice for people looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay."

This hotel is situated in a perfect location - easily accesible from the airport Stansted and has got a good connection to the centre. The architecture and atmosphere of the quarter Golders green is very pleasant and safe. Our family could stay together in one room (large enough), everybody had his comfort and space. The price was absolutely advantageous. The staff was very friendly and always helpful (e.g. we could left our lugguge before the check-in and also after the check-out). We are returning guests and although last time the room was prettier and in better condition, this time it was still proper and clean.

The location is very good, the underground is really close by and it gives you easy access to the city centre. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel with buses taking you straight to Wembley Stadium which was very important to me and my friends. There is also very good communication to the airport. The neighborhood is nice, lots of shops and nice restaurants most of them are Kosher so if you it is important to you it is a really good place! The room was clean and very comfortable, with everything that was needed. The stuff was really nice and helpful

Great location with bus stop right outside the front door. Staff helpful and friendly. Comfortable , clean room with view onto Golders Green Road. Plenty of local shops and restaurants within easy walking distance . Everything we needed at a reasonable price. Had to add an extra day due to rail strike and were able to keep same room. Have stayed here several times over the years and always satisfied. Basic but ideal base.

Staff were very friendly. Gave us all information what bus we needed etc so help us with the strikes currently going on. I've just has a gastric sleeve so I wasn't able to have the all you can eat breakfast for £10 it would be pointless. Both my sisters had the breakfast, staff allowed me a bowl of porridge for free as I only used a tiny amount even tho I offered to pay them. I thought that was very kind of them.
